Professional quality photography isn’t a luxury it’s a necessity. It’s often the very first thing a prospective client or customer sees about your business. I am here to ensure your business makes the right first impression.
Photo editing
All images are individually edited in my unique style. I take huge pride in my work and will only give you beautifully edited, finished photographs that look their very best. For that reason the RAW, unedited images are not available for purchase.
Travel to location
I am more than happy to travel to your home or your favourite location. If the location of the shoot is farther than 15 miles of the postcode EH14 please add an additional £0.50p/mile to your session fee.
Payment options
You may pay via cash, bank transfer or Paypal. A deposit of £100 is due on the day of the booking to secure your date and current prices. The outstanding balance must be paid on the day of the session.
Session planning
I primarily work from Monday to Friday. However, I'm happy to accommodate special requests for Saturday and Sunday sessions. Please note that there is an additional fee for weekend appointments.

FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Edinburgh based in UK and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee. If the location of the shoot is farther than 15 miles of the postcode EH14 please add an additional £0.50p/mile to your session fee.
How far in advance do I have to book a session with you?
Always try to plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE HELD ?
We will discuss the ideal location for your shoot during the pre-shoot consultation. This can be a country park, a beach, a field, woodlands or somewhere else that is special to you and your family. Remember, the weather may force us to change our location choice on the day.
HOW TO DRESS FOR a PHOTOSHOOT?
Dress to suit the weather. A wardrobe reflects who you are. I do not recommend matching but rather coordinating. Remember that clothes must be comfortable! Don't wear awkward sets just because they're pretty.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD?
It would be perfect if we could order the weather! If you are happy with indoor images - we can just do the whole shoot indoors from your home. There is so much we can do there.
As long as it is dry, we can go out. If it is cold, we bundle up. However, heavy rain or high winds will mean we have to stop the outdoor shoot.
I will keep an eye on the weather forecast before our shoot. If it is looking horrible, I will contact you in the morning of your session day to discuss other options in the morning. This may be changing the time of the shoot or rescheduling for another day.
HOW LONG MUST WE WAIT FOR THE GALLERY TO BE READY? HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
Within 2 weeks from your session, a private gallery will be available to view. I will choose the best images for your gallery. I look carefully at each and every image I capture at your session and hand-select the best images.
I guarantee a minimum of 50-80 images, but there are usually many more. Lucky you! Your gallery will be active for 14 days.
HOW WILL I CHOOSE FROM ALL THE IMAGES YOU'VE SENT ME?
You don't have to choose! My pricing has been created to get the very best savings when you purchase all of your images. Personally, I can never choose a few images from a gallery of my own children, so I don't want you to have to choose either! I also offer a lot of images within your gallery so that you get a lot of value from your investment when purchasing all images.
HOW TO BOOK PHOTO-SESSION WITH DOROTA?
When you're ready to book, please email me with the type of session you'd like to book and the date you have in mind.
I will ask you to pay a £100 deposit to secure your date. You may pay via bank transfer or PayPal. I will provide an invoice to your email address.
Deposit is required on the day of the booking to hold your date. The session fee is non-refundable
